We just had a whirlwind trip to Vegas visiting MAGIC for the third time. Speaking on panels in the Teen Vogue Blogger Lounge, interviewing with the MAGIC videographers, and touring WWDMAGIC, PLATFORM, POOL, and PROJECT was an absolutely amazing experience. One of the most memorable booths at MAGIC? Tokidoki! Tokidoki speaks to the Japanese in both of us—they feature Japanese-inspired artwork and have collaborated with iconic Japanese brands like Hello Kitty. The result is the most adorable collection of notebooks, vinyls, clothes, and toys you could imagine. We were especially obsessed with all of their vinyl toy collaborations, from Karl Lagerfeld (what could be better than a miniature Karl hanging out on your coffee table?) to Bearbrick. Renee recently started collecting Bearbricks, and has found it utterly addicting. They are amazing for bringing a little color and humor into your living space. You’ll find them in many famous homes, from Lauren Santo Domingo to Kate Foley. Tokidoki’s Bearbricks are some of the most covetable versions we’ve ever seen—we love that they’re not overly saccharine but still manage to maintain that cute factor. Don’t be surprised if you start seeing a lot of Tokidoki toys decorating our living rooms!
