Hello from Tokyo! I landed in Japan yesterday after some crazy madness at JFK airport. I was supposed to fly out on Monday, but the huge snowstorm got in the way, leaving a billion disgruntled passengers fighting for a rescheduled flight to Tokyo. Two canceled flights later, I made it just in time to head to lunch at Alain Ducasse’s Beige Tokyo, a restaurant on top of Chanel in the Ginza district.

The check was accompanied by some Chanel chocolates and pistachio macaroons. I couldn’t have asked for a better ending to a perfect meal!
